The licence I verified and its meaning for Argentina

The certificate I verified identifies 1Win N.V. as operator of 1win.pro under the Curaçao Gaming Authority. That establishes the party named in a specific certificate; it does not demonstrate authorization to offer gambling in Argentina. Argentine authorization depends on each province and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

I therefore separate domain, company and jurisdiction. I checked the certificate and the CABA and PBA lists on 15 October 2026. I also updated the complaints explanation: the current Curaçao framework does require alternative dispute resolution. This page complements my overall assessment and addresses regulation independently of payment speed, catalogue size or a promotion. A useful licence check needs an exact identity and scope, rather than a general claim that a platform is international.

The CGA operating certificate supports these details. I do not extend its coverage to every mirror or similar-looking address. A domain change requires another matching check.

What a licence establishes and what it does not

The current framework

The CGA states that the new LOK ordinance took effect on 24 December 2024. I therefore do not describe today's framework solely through old sublicences. Regulatory documents include compliance requirements and operator policies.

Limits of the check

A certificate does not guarantee winnings, a fixed payout time or a favourable outcome in every dispute. A regulatory duty must also be distinguished from the implementation actually observed in an account.

Curaçao, MGA and UKGC: a useful comparison

A licence belongs to a particular company and regulatory scope. I do not use a simple ranking to suggest that every domain carrying a brand is authorized in Argentina.

ArgentinaDoes my jurisdiction authorize this domain?

The local check determines Argentine authorization. A brand may use different entities and domains in different markets.

What I found in Argentine registries

I did not find 1win in the consulted CABA and Buenos Aires province lists on 15 October 2026. These are distinct jurisdictions; this check does not replace reviewing every province.

NIC Argentina reserves .bet.ar to registered entities validated in their jurisdiction. A .com review website is not an authorized platform for accepting wagers. ARS display or technical website access does not alter that distinction.

Player controls and complaint routes

The CGA's current complaints policy requires independent alternative dispute resolution free to the player. The CGA itself says it does not decide individual payment disputes. The previous claim that mandatory ADR does not exist therefore needs correction.

I first identify the operator and its written process. I keep the response and receipts, then check the ADR provider named in the conditions if unresolved. I have not verified a specific 1win ADR provider here and do not promise a result.

What to check before considering an account

The primary question is whether the offering is authorized where you are. I then examine operator identity, conditions, limits, self-exclusion and complaints. Receiving an earlier payment does not replace these checks.

I do not suggest bypassing geographic restrictions. For account issues, recovery and support explains useful records. For outstanding money, payments distinguishes internal review, sending and receipt.

Identity, deposits and withdrawals

Verification may require identification and proof of payment ownership. I do not assume a universal threshold or that cryptocurrency removes checks. Registration is separate from document approval.

For Argentina, keep amounts and references in their actual currency: ARS is neither USD nor USDT. A hypothetical peso budget must not be presented as an observed transaction.

Comparing 1win with other brands

I distinguish international certificates from provincial lists. The current PBA registry includes a local Stake domain; that does not automatically authorize its international website. I do not attribute Argentine permissions to BC.Game or Roobet without an equivalent check.

A useful comparison records company, domain, regulator and date. That is more informative than a row of logos or a bonus table mixing different markets.

Frequently asked questions

Which current licence did you verify?

The consulted 1win.pro certificate shows OGL/2024/587/0621 for 1Win N.V., active when checked on 15 October 2026.

Does it authorize operations in Argentina?

It does not establish that permission. Argentine authorization depends on the jurisdiction and its relevant register.

Will the CGA resolve my individual withdrawal?

The CGA says it does not decide individual disputes. Check the internal process and applicable ADR mechanism.

Is a licence logo enough?

No. Match company, number, status and domain through a verifiable source. A copied seal may not correspond to the page you opened.

My conclusion

I verified an active certificate for 1win.pro. Argentine provincial authorization remains separate: I found no 1win entry in the consulted CABA and PBA lists.

The experience behind this page

I compare my gameplay observations with published conditions and regulator information. Every test keeps its date, currency and scope.
