How I verify the destination

The full domain, not just a logo

Start with the verified platform’s affiliate navigation or a bookmark you previously validated. Read the complete hostname, check spelling and avoid sponsored results you cannot identify. HTTPS encrypts a connection but does not itself establish who controls the site. Confirm a migration through a previously verified channel before entering your password on a new domain.

Signing in step by step

1. Confirm the commercial application was approved.
2. Open the identified portal and enter your affiliate email or username.
3. Use its specific password, not your player password.
4. Complete any additional verification required.
5. Check account name, currency and report period.

Use a password manager and enable additional authentication if available. Do not share one-time codes with a supposed account manager or leave sessions open on shared devices.

What to inspect in the dashboard

Statistics: distinguish clicks, registrations, FTDs and estimated versus approved commission. Creatives: check date, territory and offer conditions before publishing a banner. Payments: review recipient, currency and status, especially after changing payout details. Reporting delay does not automatically mean lost attribution. Record date range and timezone when comparing with your own analytics.

Before comparing campaigns by country, consult the market directory and the distinction between international licensing and local permission. Avoid including personal documents in exported records or screenshots: the privacy policy separates this site’s data from external services.

Four common problems and what to check

For technical errors, record time, message and browser. Try a clean window if appropriate; do not disable protections or install extensions suggested by strangers.

If you do not yet have a commercial account

Start with the affiliate application. Opening a player account or depositing does not replace that process and should not solve a commercial login problem. Review commission models and terms first. If a dashboard unexpectedly demands payment to unlock commissions, pause and verify the demand through an already validated channel.

Information I retain for access recovery

I retain the application email, commercial identifier and previously verified contacts. If recovery mail does not arrive, check spam, the address used and whether the application was approved. Repeated requests may invalidate older links; use the latest when instructed. Do not publish complete dashboard screenshots containing customer or payout information.

For a technical report, capture only the error and record the time with timezone. Redact personal details irrelevant to diagnosis. Recovering access and changing a payout recipient are different operations: verify the session and security notifications before changing payment details. When the problem concerns campaign permissions, request clarification of the account role instead of creating another commercial identity.

Currency and period before interpreting balance

The dashboard language does not determine its currency. A Spanish interface may show another unit and use a timezone different from Argentina. Before comparing results, check date, status and campaign filters. “Today” may cover different hours from your external analytics.

When exporting a report, retain period, currency and extraction date. Subsequent changes may reflect pending validation or adjustments, and those records help explain them. Do not conclude that an empty report means no activity before checking campaign selection and account permissions.
